Sr Business Analyst – US Healthcare

Years of Experience: 5–8 years

Experience in healthcare, enterprise software, or technology projects is preferred.

Proven experience in requirement gathering, process improvement, andstakeholder management.

US health care industry experience mandatory

Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart).

Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

Familiarity with data analysis tools, SQL, and reporting platforms is a plus.
