 Look for 60% technical expertise & 40% functional expertise.
 Mandatory Skills – Look for expertise in SCM module – INV, PO, OM,
WIP, BOM. Strong in SQL, PL/SQL.
 Should have experience in Forms, reports.
 Good knowledge in P2P & O2C cycle.
 Should have good knowledge in OAF, workflows.
