Agile Scrum Master

 Identify and help eliminate obstacles that hinder team
productivity or delivery timelines.
 Ensure team adherence to Agile processes and adapt
frameworks where needed (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
 Foster an environment of collaboration, transparency,
and empowerment within the development teams.
 Liaise with other Scrum Masters, PMs, and stakeholders
to coordinate cross-team dependencies and releases.

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
Business, or related field.
 5–8 years of experience in project delivery, including 3+
years as a Scrum Master in Agile teams.
 Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Safe Scrum Master, or
equivalent Agile certification.
 Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum,
Kanban, SAFe) and software development life cycles
(SDLC).
 Experience using Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello,
or Azure DevOps.
 Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant
leadership skills.
 Proven ability to manage multiple Agile teams or large-
scale enterprise projects.
