Business Analyst – Telecom Domain

5-8 Years (Preferred in Telecom Domain)
Responsibilities  Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document
requirements related to telecom infrastructure projects (e.g., Data
Centers, Cloud Migration, Network Upgrades).
Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional
Specifications, and Use Cases.
Work closely with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to
translate business needs into technical requirements.
Stay updated on emerging telecom technologies like 5G, NFV/SDN,
Edge Computing, and advise stakeholders on potential business impacts.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for simulation
logic, cost modeling, and network impact analysis.
Support the design and implementation of solutions involving OSS/BSS
systems, network provisioning, and service assurance platforms.
Analyze current infrastructure setups and recommend optimization

strategies, focusing on scalability, cost-efficiency, and performance.
Lead requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and facilitate
communication between technical and non-technical teams.
Assist in solution validation through User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones, while
managing change requests and scope variations.
