Provide technical guidance on SQL Server, React, RESTful APIs, and AI integration modules. 7+ years of total IT experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or coordination role.
Strong expertise in SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, optimization), React / JavaScript frameworks and API development & integration (REST, JSON)
Familiarity with AI/ML and cloud-based technologies (Azure/AWS) preferred. Prior experience in HRMS / Payroll systems or enterprise application development.
