7–10 years of experience in IT sales, channel management, or distribution within the UAE market.
The Country Manager / Sales Manager – Dubai will be both a sales hunter and a business leader. This role requires an entrepreneurial professional who can drive immediate sales growth, while also laying the foundation for Burhantec’s long-term success in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for vendor engagement, customer acquisition, sales team development, and full P&L responsibility for the Dubai operations.
Strong network with leading vendors, distributors, and enterprise customers in UAE.
Proven record of accomplishment of hitting sales targets & building/leading teams.
Experience launching or scaling IT reseller/distributor operations in a new market is highly desirable.
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
