Engineer – Procurement & Vendor Development

Roles and Responsibility:

 Develop new vendors for all consumables and service periodically
 Release PO as per indent approval
 Follow-up for the materials and arrange it on time
 GRN support & report
 Identify and purchase all materials as per engineers given specification
with TDS/MSDS/Test report
 Prepare and update price and contact list periodically
 Evaluate and update vendor performance periodically
 Coordinate with QC/Store and make sure that we have enough stock of
material for production and project.
 Managing vendor payment and releasing it on time
 Prepare and send PO report daily
 Prepare the price reduction comparison chart periodically
 Prepare and analysis of consumables consumption month wise
 For regular consolidated MRP total cost preparation monthly.
 Good in Maths
