Work Experience : 4 – 5 Years
Qualification : MBA in HR or any equivalent degree in HR
Annual Salary (CTC) : up to 8 LPA
Excellent written and verbal Communication
Worked in Hospitality industry with some experience in logistics
Good Knowledge of Employment Laws
Quick learner on tools and processes
Self-motivated with ability to take ownership and responsibility of given operational tasks
Reviewing, sharing and uploading Offer letter, salary breakup and WAL for signature
Induction and onboarding call
Employee training, as and when required for assigned clients
Reviewing Ex- employment Verification, BGV and CRC
Documentation
Ensure Insurance, PF and hardware support given as required
Updating Daily employee update sheet
Overviewing PF Transfers/settlement with the help of payroll
Overviewing Insurance claim settlement
Employee grievances handling and closing with the help of other members if required
