Job Role & Responsibility 1.Inventory Management:
Overseeing the receipt, storage, and issuance of
materials and products. Ensuring
• accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock
audits.
Ensuring timely availability of materials and products for
production
Implement inventory control measures to minimize
waste and reduce costs.
Implement measures for preservation of the materials
Implement measures for ensuring FIFO of the materials
Implement measures to ensure safety of the materials.
Ensure 100% of the materials received gets barcoded and
stored at defined place
2. Team Leadership:
Staff Supervision: Managing and training store staff,
assigning tasks, and ensuring adherence to safety and
operational procedures & motivate store team to achieve
operational excellence.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide
constructive feedback.
