IT Systems Administrator

Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT role.
● Experience working with SSO providers and SaaS-focused environments.
● Strong proficiency in Windows necessary, some experience with Linux is a plus.
● Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and virtualization technologies (VMware,
Hyper-V)
● Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security practices.
● Experience with system monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
● Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
● Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and
stakeholders.
● Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus

Role &
responsibility
Manage and monitor the company’s internal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks,
services, and hardware components.
● Manage, configure, and audit our fleet of SaaS services and SSO/IdP configurations.
● Perform regular maintenance, software updates, and security patches to ensure optimal
performance and security.
● Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize
downtime and disruptions.
