Candidates will need to have a strong working knowledge of routing and switching, network design and implementation, network troubleshooting, network hardware configuration, and network performance tuning
Understanding of Cloud technologies as to how they relate to networking
Knowledge of communication protocols, specifically routing protocols like BGP, OSPF as well as TCP/IP
Technologies: Cisco IOS, Cisco Nexus OS, Cisco Umbrella, Meraki, QoS, VoIP, F5 Load- balancing technologies
Capable of working autonomously but know when to bring in the team to help out
Initiative-taker focused on business problem resolution and customer satisfaction
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both highly technical and non-technical people
Process driven with strong documentation skills, capable of following and composing process and procedure documentation
Ability to and motivated to learn modern technologies quickly and with minimal support
and Cisco CCNA or higher is preferred ,CompTIA Security+ is a plus
Troubleshooting all network and system-related problems
Opening tickets to track and document the resolution of problems
Participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all
network hardware, software, communication links, and routing protocols
Monitoring, analyzing, and resolving network hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion
Perform troubleshooting as required. As such, lead problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support organizations
Organize and document system states, configuration, inventories, processes, procedures (SOPs), and project plans
