Assist in software development and business analysis within the D365
ecosystem.
Custom API Integrations: Support the development and testing of API-
based interfaces between D365 and proprietary application endpoints.
Internal Interfaces: Develop integrations between D365 and other
platforms using flat file data extracts, letters, and reports.
Data & Communication Channels: Activities such as phone calls,
emails, inbound faxes, and CRM-based flat file data exports.
Third-Party COTS Tool Integration: Configure, manage communication,
and facilitate file transfers between D365 and third-party COTS tools.
Relevant Tools & Platforms: Adobe Campaign, EIMS, MAVRO,
Customer Voice Surveys, Microsoft Purview, Document Core Pack.
Relevant Systems: Essette, Provider/Member Portals, CX one Phone,
CX one Chat, Gabby, Master Data Hub, CRM attachment extractor.

Experience
At least 4 years of experience in analyzing, designing, and developing
integrations between D365 solutions and external applications.
Provide guidance for interface development, ensuring seamless
integration across software and platform ecosystems.
Experience in multi-tenant environments, including expertise in
networking, authentication, and API communication.
Strong understanding of SDLC, industry-standard development
methodologies, and best practices.
Ability to overcome technical challenges: Serve as a problem solver and
strategic advisor by proactively identifying and addressing technical
blockers.
