Sr. Data Governance Analyst

5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, or Data Management roles

Experience implementing or managing data governance frameworks in a complex organization

Strong knowledge of data quality principles, data standards, and issue management processes

Familiarity with metadata management, data cataloging, and lineage tracking

Hands-on experience with governance tools such as Collibra, Alation, or equivalent

Solid understanding of data compliance and regulatory frameworks in financial services

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience working in or supporting a banking or financial services environment

Understanding of enterprise data architecture, MDM, and BI/reporting processes

Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc)

Experience working in Agile project environments
