Years of Experience: 7 – 8 years
RECRUITMENT (Primary Focus): Lead end-to-end hiring across accounting, operations, and corporate roles. Build candidate pipeline via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals. Close positions independently. Improve hiring quality, speed, and cost-per-hire quarter-over-quarter.
HR OPERATIONS & EMPLOYEE LIFECYCLE: Own onboarding → confirmation → exit. Maintain clean employee records, BGV, contracts, documentation. Manage attendance, leave, HRIS data. Enforce policy consistency.
PAYROLL COORDINATION: Validate monthly payroll inputs with accounts/payroll vendor. Resolve salary queries, reimbursements, statutory deductions. Own full & final settlements.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS: Handle grievances, concerns, sensitive situations with maturity and confidentiality. Document all ER matters.
COMPLIANCE & HR GOVERNANCE: Ensure adherence to labour laws, HR policies, statutory requirements. Maintain audit-ready documentation.
ADMIN & OFFICE OPERATIONS: Vendor contracts, office facilities, asset allocation, access control.
HR TEAM LEADERSHIP: Build and manage HR support team as company grows (currently solo; plan for 1–2 hires within 12 months).
