Years of Experience:
5+ years of experience as an SAP C4C consultant or in a similar role.
3+ years of experience in SAP Maintenance projects.
Mandatory Languages: Professional level in English
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies.
Understand and evaluate the business process as-is & to-be.
Strong functional knowledge of C4C modules, including Sales Cloud,
Service Cloud.
Hands-on experience with integration of C4C with other systems (SAP
ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BI, SAP SAC, FSM etc.) via CPI/BTP.
Experience with monitoring tools and job scheduling for Service ticket.
Knowledge of industry best practices for Sales & Service business
process.
Enable to translate the business process into the SAP system.
Enable to do configuration in SAP, Testing and providing training to
users.
Proactive and flexible to work across time zones.
SAP C4C certification is a plus.
