Platform Strategy & Development.
 Provide strategic input on ServiceNow best practices, new features, and
platform efficiencies.
 Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
 Lead development projects, including planning, stakeholder engagement, and
execution.
 Design and implement configurations compatible with a domain-separated
ServiceNow architecture
Operational Support
 Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for platform components and
integrations.
 Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, following standard change
procedures.
 Conduct regular audits and maintenance to ensure data integrity and

platform consistency.
