Technical Recruiter

Strong understanding of various software development methodologies
and technologies (Example: Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript frameworks,
cloud platforms – AWS/Azure/GCP, databases, DevOps tools, mobile
technologies).
 Demonstrated expertise in using various sourcing tools and platforms
(LinkedIn Recruiter is a must).
 Excellent interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to gauge
technical aptitude and cultural fit.
 Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal
skills.
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to
manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment.
 Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
 Readiness to work with US Office, to overlap couple of hours (US
Eastern)
