4+ years of experience in sales coordination or a related role, preferably in the
IT industry.
Proven track record of managing sales operations and leading a team.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, forecasting, and CRM tools
(e.g., Salesforce. Zoho, HubSpot).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B IT product or service sales.
Proficiency in sales analytics tools and Excel.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT terminology.
