Skill
Hardware management including but not limited to Servers, Laptops,
Desktops, Tabs, Mobiles, Printers, Biometric, CCTV, Firewall, Backups etc.
Basic desktop support and maintenance.
Software Management including but not limited to Installation,
Upgrades, configuration, Fine Tuning, etc. (e.g., Windows, MS-Office, SQL
etc.)
Coordination with various support partners for early resolution of issues.
Expected to be available on-call for any emergency issues. Or if required
be ready to work in shifts.
