Essential:
Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles.
Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma,
Adobe XD or Sketch.
Ability to conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability
testing.
Experience in creating personas, journey maps, and interactive
prototypes.
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for better
collaboration with developers.
Expertise in designing for responsive and mobile-first interfaces.
Understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and usability best
practices.
Experience in using analytics tools, and A/B testing to enhance UX.
Ability to create banners, images, and visual assets using Photoshop,
Illustrator, or Figma.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
Role Dimensions Leadership:
The UX Designer is expected to provide guidance, mentorship, and
leadership to the product design team, ensuring alignment with project
goals and adherence to UX best practices.
Team Management:
Responsible for fostering a collaborative and user-focused
environment, working closely with developers, product managers, and
stakeholders to improve the overall user experience.
Deliverables:
