Role Overview
The Design Lead – HVAC will be responsible for leading HVAC design management, coordination, and site
integration for a large-scale mixed-use development. The role ensures all HVAC systems are efficient,
compliant, coordinated, and aligned with execution schedules.

Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles and codes (ASHRAE, ECBC, NBC)
Expertise in cooling load calculations (HAP/Trace or similar tools)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), Navisworks
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Site-oriented approach with execution understanding

Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Relevant HVAC design certifications (preferred)

Preferred Experience
Experience in mega mixed-use developments, malls, hotels, high-rise commercial projects
Prior experience working with contractors at site office
Exposure to data centers or large infrastructure projects is an advantage
