BOQ & Commercial Officer

Years of Experience: 4+ Years

Strong proficiency in BOQ preparation, measurement verification, and contractor billing.

Experience with luxury residential or villa projects preferred.

Proficient in MS Excel — able to build and manage cost trackers, cash flows, and reconciliation sheets.

Knowledge of standard measurement methods (IS 1200 or equivalent).

AutoCAD knowledge for take-off verification is an advantage.
