• Strong research skills
• Familiarity with SEO, LinkedIn marketing & content strategy
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Docs

• Experience writing for IT services companies
• Proposal/RFP writing

• WordPress or CMS experience
• AI content tools familiarity
