Years of Experience 5–6 Years (Real Estate background mandatory)
Lead end-to-end HR operations for corporate office and project sites
Handle recruitment for Sales, Engineering, CRM, Accounts, and Site Staff
Manage manpower planning and workforce deployment
Oversee payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor
laws)
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and performance management
systems
Manage employee relations and grievance handling
Coordinate training, onboarding, and induction programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
Provide HR MIS and strategic HR support to management
