• 3–5+ years of project management experience in hospitality, supply chain,
procurement or site execution works in commercial or residential projects.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

5. Excel Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions, formulas,
and data analysis tools.
