Knowledge on installation, configuration and troubleshooting on Routers
and Switches, SDWAN, TACACS, NMS.
Knowledge on routing protocols such as BGP , OSPF, EIGRP etc.
Knowledge of all type of Data / Voice Network.
Adherence to Change management process for any configuration as laid out
by Bank.
Router access control management.
Fault management of routers.
Change Management, Asset Management.
Troubleshooting and debugging of problems.
Responsible for coordinating with L1 & field Engineers to troubleshoot
issues related to Critical branches/offices.
Logging of complaints and knowledge of ticketing tools for incident
reporting
Ownership of change request and incidents to determine root cause.
Management of active network devices of LAN at Corporate
Office/DC/DR.
Coordination with LAN vendor for cabling issues and new cabling at
Corporate Offices, DC and DR.
