● Ship with strong observability (structured logs, dashboards,
alerts) and
automated tests.
● Review PRs, set coding standards, and guidedev team.

Skills

● Node.js + TypeScript with a framework like NestJS or
Express.
● Hands-on with Google Cloud : serverless functions,
containerized services, pub/sub messaging, secret
management, monitoring.
● Firebase : Auth, Firestore/NoSQL, Realtime listeners, and
security rules or equivalent experience with AWS/Supabase +
websockets.
● Practical integration with routing/ETA APIs (Google Maps)
and strong cost-control habits.
● Solid grasp of idempotency, backpressure, batching, retry
policies, and data modeling.
