and workflows, ensuring stakeholder alignment before development.
Statement of Works (SOW) & Business Case Creation
Develop comprehensive SOW documents outlining scope, User Stories, prepare
business cases to justify project investments.
Stakeholder Communication & Facilitation
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating
workshops, clarifying requirements, and ensuring alignment throughout the
project lifecycle.
