Solution Architect – Salesforce

Job Role  Design, modify, and test complex technical architecture aligned with

business goals.
 Supervise and provide technical guidance to development teams to
ensure architectural integrity and consistency.
 Continuously research emerging technologies and propose innovative

solutions to improve existing systems.
 Identify and address issues with current technical solutions, ensuring
minimal disruption to business operations.
 Evaluate and articulate the business impact of various technical
decisions and recommend optimal paths forward.
 Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, associated
costs, and overall effectiveness.
 Collaborate with teams and customers to build prototypes and proof of
concepts for requirement gathering and validation.
 Review implemented solutions and suggest improvements for
scalability, performance, and user experience.
 Own the end-to-end design of Salesforce and potentially other
integrated platforms across Sales, Service, and core platform solutions.
 Present and justify architecture decisions through clear documentation
and visual representation.
  Oversee the configuration, QA, testing, and deployment of
Salesforce solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
