Technical Team Lead – BFSI Industry

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service industry
At least 2+ years of experience in leading/managing projects
At least 1 or 2 project in BFSI/Fintech.
Experience managing and leading project as lead at least 2 projects
Mentored a team of 4-5 having roles of software engineers as well as
coordination with other team members like BA, QA
Prior experience working in IT service industry
‘can-do’ attitude and ability to deliver on aggressive deadlines
Understanding of one or more of Business Rule Engine, Low Code
Platform
