You work in one and independently support our customers via telephone, email, remote software e.g. Anydesk, Teams,…

You help our customers in the area of virtualization solutions,

Windows and Linux server services, server hardware, storage components and

Server operating systems and their networks depending on existing qualifications

You monitor the system landscape and create monthly health checks

You have successfully completed training in the IT sector (e.g. IT specialist, system integration or comparable know-how)

Your appearance towards customers and colleagues is always professional and service-oriented

You are an effective communicator and work well in a team

You are familiar with Windows (client/server), Linux, DNS, DHCP and networks.

You are interested in IT security and its professional implementation for our customers

You have experience in the area of virtualization or, alternatively, the motivation to learn this knowledge of virtualization or cloud topics with us.
