Data warehouse Engineer – ETL Developer

ETL Development: Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
to extract data from various source systems, transform it into the desired format, and
load it into the data warehouse.
Data Modeling: Design and implement data models, including tables, views, star
schemas and snowflake schemas, to support efficient querying and reporting.
Performance Tuning: Optimize SQL queries, ETL processes, and data warehouse
performance to ensure timely and efficient data retrieval and processing.
Data Integration: Integrate data from multiple sources, including external APIs and
third-party systems, into the data warehouse.
Data Quality Assurance: Implement data quality checks and validation routines to
ensure the accuracy and consistency of data in the data warehouse.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data warehouse designs,
ETL processes, and data dictionaries.

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a SQL Server Data Warehouse Developer.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with SQL, SQL Server Integration Services
(SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and Azure SQL.
Proficiency in data modeling techniques and data warehousing best practices.
Strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining data warehouses and ETL
processes using Microsoft SQL Server technologies.
Required to play a role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of data

warehouse solutions.
Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries and ETL
processes.
Knowledge of data integration methodologies and tools.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer) are a plus.
