Job Description:
As a Sr. Bench Sales Recruiter, your responsibilities will include but are not
limited to:
1. Proactively identifying and engaging with IT consultants who are
between projects, maintaining a pool of available talent.
2. Cultivating and managing relationships with client companies to
understand their staffing needs and match available consultants to
suitable project assignments.
3. Negotiating terms, rates, and contractual details to facilitate successful
placements for both consultants and client companies.
4. Managing the end-to-end placement process, ensuring compliance and
legal requirements are met, and overseeing documentation.
