Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize
business and functional requirements.
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and alignment
with business objectives.
Translate high-level business needs into detailed user stories, workflows,
and use cases.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a liaison between the product management team, engineering,
marketing, and other internal stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to refine requirements and achieve
alignment across teams.
Product Development Support:
Work closely with product managers to define and refine the product
roadmap.
Ensure product features and functionalities meet business needs and
provide value to end-users.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product strategy.
Analyze customer feedback and product performance metrics to identify
improvement opportunities.
Prepare reports and dashboards to present insights to the product team
and leadership.
Quality Assurance and Testing:
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure product requirements are met
during development.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that solutions
align with business needs.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product
management or software development environment.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA,
Confluence, or Trello.
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
Preferred:
Experience with user research and customer journey mapping.
Knowledge of the industry/domain relevant to the company’s products.
