We are looking for an IT Team Lead specializing in Cybersecurity, AI, Data, and E-Commerce domain & is responsible for leading day-to-day IT support operations governing Identity and Access Management (IDM/IAM) processes. This role combines technical hands-on expertise, people leadership, and security-focused identity lifecycle management to ensure reliable IT services and secure access to systems and data.
| IT Support & Operations
Lead and oversee daily IT support operations for end users across hardware, software, network, and application issues. Act as escalation point for complex or high-impact IT incidents and service requests. Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and IT service management best practices. Manage incident, problem, and change processes to minimize downtime and business disruption. Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for issue resolution and system maintenance. Maintain IT asset inventory, patching, backups, and endpoint security controls. Ensure documentation of procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides. Identity & Access Management (IDM/IAM) Own end-to-end user identity lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver processes). Administer and govern user access across systems, applications, and directories. Enforce role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege, and segregation of duties. Perform regular access reviews, audits, and certifications. Integrate IDM processes with HR and business systems where applicable. Respond to access-related security incidents and audit findings. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory, and security requirements. Team Leadership & People Management Lead, mentor, and develop IT support staff. Assign tasks, manage workloads, and ensure effective shift coverage. Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and skill development. Promote a customer-focused, service-oriented IT culture. Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members. Security, Compliance & Continuous Improvement Collaborate with Information Security on access controls and security initiatives. Support audits (SOX, ISO, internal/external) related to IT and access management. Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization. Drive continuous improvement in IT service quality and user experience. |
Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM/IDM).
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, or similar
directory services.
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.).
Excellent stakeholder communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
