6–8 years of experience in master data, supply chain, operations, or a multifunctional business environment.
Strong understanding of fulfilment, customer service, and logistics processes, including order management, shipments data, and service performance analytics.
Experience working with Deliver, Customer Service, and global process owners across regions.
Advanced SQL*Plus skills; strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and change management skills.
Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of data modeling concepts (star schema, snowflake).
Ability to challenge the status quo, influence partners, and drive improvements to fulfilment processes.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
Curiosity and ability to rapidly learn new systems, technologies, and processes.
Experience with Microsoft Cloud, Azure, Databricks.
Experience with Agile methodologies, especially as a Product Owner.
