Quality Engineer – High rise residential & commercial projects

Years of Experience 5-8 years

 Quality Management System (QMS): Develop, implement, and
monitor project-specific QA/QC plans, Inspection and Test Plans
(ITP), and method statements.
 Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular on-site inspections of civil
works (brickwork, plastering, waterproofing) and incoming
materials, including Destructive and Non- Destructive Testing
(NDT).
 Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with construction
drawings, technical specifications, and local codes (e.g., ISO 9001).
 Documentation Control: Maintain precise records of inspection
findings, test reports, and As-Built drawings for client handover.
 Material Verification: Inspect materials (steel, aggregates, cement)
upon arrival to ensure they meet project specifications.
 Coordination and Reporting: Coordinate with contractors,
subcontractors, and clients for inspections, and provide regular
reports to the project manager.
 Site Safety and Quality Training: Provide quality awareness
training to the site team to prevent defects before they occur.
