Document Management: Maintaining comprehensive billing records, contract
documents, and filing for approvals.
Project Coordination: Coordinating with the project manager and accounts
department to ensure accurate, timely invoicing and payment collection.
Budget & Cost Control: Monitoring project expenses against the budget to
maintain cost control.
