Android Tech Lead

 8+ years of hands-on Android development experience
 Proven experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Android Engineer role with active
coding responsibilities
 Strong hands-on experience implementing MVVM-based Android applications
 Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin and Android SDK
 Extensive experience with:
o Jetpack Compose
o HILT for dependency injection
o Room DB for local persistence and offline storage
o Retrofit for Web API integration
 Practical experience implementing:
o Secure data storage and API communication
o Logging, monitoring, and analytics instrumentation
o Offline-first or offline-capable application flows
 Strong understanding of Android lifecycle management, threading, and
performance optimization
 Experience reviewing code and improving overall code quality
