Lead Full Stack Developer – NestJS, Angular, MongoDB

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using NestJS, Angular, and MongoDB.
• Collaborate within an agile team environment, participating in sprint planning, daily
standups, and retrospectives.
• Architect and implement modular, reusable components and services across the
platform.
• Ensure UI/UX alignment with business goals across safety, operations, and supply
chain modules.
• Optimize performance, security, and responsiveness of web interfaces and APIs.
• Translate product requirements into technical solutions through close collaboration
with product managers, designers, and domain experts.
• Own the full development lifecycle—from ideation to deployment and monitoring.

Role Responsibilities • Degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of full stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in MEAN Stack, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript
(ES6+).
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and component-based
architecture.
• Experience with RESTful and GraphQL API integration.
