SAP MDM Specialist

• Responsible for the creation, update, and maintenance of master data records (e.g.,
customer, vendor, material, product, etc.) within SAP systems (S/4HANA).
• Monitor and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of master data acrossall
SAP systems. Identify and resolve data issues such as duplicates, missing data,
or inconsistencies.
• Establish and enforce master data governance policies, standards, and procedures
to ensure the quality and consistency of data across the enterprise.
• Define and maintain data models, hierarchies, and relationships in SAP for master

data across modules (MM, SD, FI, etc.).
• Work closely with business stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Sales, and
Operations) to gather requirements and ensure that master data meets the needs of
various business processes.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and data stewards to implement data
governance practices and ensure data stewardship across the organization.
• Provide training to business users and other stakeholders on master data management
practices and SAP MDM tools.
