complicated problems to the end users
satisfaction quickly and effectively.
Teach or instruct Jr IT Support team members regarding software or
hardware functionality and
communicating policy.
Manage/Deploy and maintain DKIM and MX Records for new
branches.
Manage/Deploy and maintain Domains and SSL Certificates on servers
Perform Setup/Security checks of Wireless Networks & network
penetration testing as assigned
Deploy/manage RingCentral & Google Suite administration
Utilize and maintain the Help Desk tracking software & Document
internal procedures
Document of computer systems and programs based on user or system
design specifications
Deploy, install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral
equipment and software.
Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses
Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory
Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as
required
Provide training on phone system and Google applications as needed
