maintaining a pool of available talent.
2. Cultivating and managing relationships with client companies to understand their
staffing needs and match available consultants to suitable project assignments.
3. Negotiating terms, rates, and contractual details to facilitate successful placements
for both consultants and client companies.
4. Managing the end-to-end placement process, ensuring compliance and legal
requirements are met, and overseeing documentation.
Skills
1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in Bench Sales Recruitment within the IT
sector.
2. Proven track record of successfully matching consultants to project assignments.
3. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
5. Deep understanding of IT staffing industry practices and trends.
6. Proficiency in contract management and documentation.
