Sr. Civil Project Manager (Building Works) -Shillong

Minimum 20 years of work experience exclusively with civil contractors
engaged in direct execution of building projects (not PMC, not
developer groups).
Proven experience in managing large-scale residential and non-
residential building projects.
Strong technical understanding of:
CPWD Specifications
Delhi Schedule of Rates (DSR)
Contractual terms and conditions
Billing and Project Control Processes
Ability to prepare and manage bar charts, project cash flows,
procurement schedules, and client reports.
Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and other basic project management
software.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Must have a ground execution mindset, willing to oversee site activities
when required.
