10–14 years overall SAP experience with 5+ years focused on S/4HANA data migration.
Proven success leading 2–3+ fullcycle S/4HANA data migration programs, owning scope, plan, and outcomes.
• Strong functional understanding across at least three SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, QM, EWM, FI/CO, AA, PM) with ability to interpret process flows and drive data rules.
• Demonstrated ability to manage both functional and technical resources, influence stakeholders, and operate independently with minimal support.
• Excellent clientfacing communication, executive presence, and consultative problem solving.
