Projects Manager – Mechanical – Fire fighting industry

Manage end-to-end execution of fire fighting projects including
sprinkler, hydrant, pump room, fire alarm, gas suppression, and
allied systems.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract terms prior to
project kickoff.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, material plans, and manpower
deployment.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMCs, vendors, subcontractors,
and internal teams.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, method statements, and
applicable fire codes (NBC, TAC, NFPA, local authorities).
Oversee quality control, inspections, testing, commissioning, and final
handover.
Monitor project costs, variations, and resource utilization.

Ensure compliance with site safety and EHS requirements.
Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and close-out
records.
Lead and guide site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractor teams.
