Sr SAP HCM Consultant

Years of experience: 7-8 years

Strong knowledge of Payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, payroll processing, and payroll posting.

Good understanding of Time Evaluation, work schedules, quotas, attendance, and absence management.

Experience with SAP HCM integration with FI/CO and third- party systems.

Experience preparing Functional Specifications and working with ABAP teams.

Strong understanding of HR business processes and SAP HCM configuration.

Experience in at least 2 end-to-end SAP HCM implementations/rollouts is preferred.
