Skill
Knowledge of BIM, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 etc.
Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Industry.

Should have good design knowledge of Residential and Commercial projects.
Coordination with client and Design consultants for the information
required to prepare BIMmodels, design discrepancies report and drawings.
Coordinate design documentation as a methodology with full utilization of BIM software’sand tools.
Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIMproject workflow criteria.
Ensures that project drawings are made as per the required standard and delivered timely asplanned.
Ensuring the project remains on time and within specifications.
Keep track of the major decisions during the Project subsistence.
Studies and understands architectural and construction detailing.
Production of high-quality 3D BIM Models in Revit.
Creating highly detailed drawings by using Revit.( Floor plans, Elevations, Sections, Staircase,Railing, Toilet, kitchen, Lobby, Typical details etc.)

Should be able to generate Design Coordination/ Clash reports using Revit and Navisworks.
Prepare documentation for various stages of project.
Should have strong 3D visualization capabilities.
Should have ability to work independently within a project team.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis.
