Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with 1 – 3 years or Associate Engineer with 4 to 6 years
of CAD experience or relevant experience
Electrical Design Eng with exp of Wiring harness, System integration (Automobile industry exp-Mandetory)
| 2D & 3D Drawings
Develop 3D models of mechanical and electrical components, including, but not limited to, fabricated metal, fabricated plastics, busbars, and wire harnesses Develop 2D schematics for wire harness designs Detail and dimension 2D drawings for prototype design of mechanical and electrical components and assemblies including GD&T Perform tolerance stack ups Provide internal CAD support Manage engineering Bill of Materials (BOM) and Change Control Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing to assist in building prototypes and debugging; assist creation of build books for prototype designs Support Engineers in testing and cause analysis in the resolution of any test or in-the- field failures Develop product documentation including, schematics, BOM, control drawings within the procedures and requirements of a formal product development process Support system and subsystem level simulation and testing |
