Job Role &
Responsibility
1. Strategic Recruitment Planning:
a) Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
b) Work closely with department heads to forecast workforce needs and
create hiring plans.
c) Optimize the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure efficiency and
quality of hires.
2. End-to-End Recruitment Management:
a) Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
b) Develop a structured hiring process that includes technical assessments,
soft skills evaluation, and culture fit analysis.
c) Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and labor laws.
3. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
a) Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring high
performance and productivity.
b) Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand role
requirements and define recruitment SLAs.
c) Advising leadership team on market trends, salary Benchmarks, and
hiring best practices.
4. Employer Branding & Talent Engagement:
a) Strengthen employer branding through LinkedIn, career fairs, university
tie-ups, and recruitment marketing campaigns.
b) Build talent pipelines for critical IT and BPO roles, ensuring a strong
network of active and passive candidates.
